The Dude abides...

Nice and easy today but my legs were kinda tired so it didn't feel super easy.  Good run on another great morning.

Awesome morning on the parkway with Heather, Becky, Tim, and Scott.  Weather was awesome, had to take my gloves off and it felt warm today.  Good hard run today felt good.

Nice run in shorts, long sleeve compression, short sleeve shirt.  Can't complain about the weather or the runs right now.  It's all good.

Nice run on the Parkway with Brandon and Dave this morning.  Got there a little early and got some miles in and then with a litte more after they turned around.  Haven't run from Pig Farm south for a while it was nice to get back on the trail.

Felt a little bit more like February today.  A little tired but I got it done, good to be out running.

Legs didn't have much today but I had a good run anyway.  Put it in cruise control and enjoyed being outside.

Colder today and windy.  Nice run with Scott, Brandon, and Brett on the parkway.  Made it a 4 mile Tempo after a slow warmup first mile.

I was expecting some light snow/rain but that didn't happen.  Good, tired run today.  Nice morning at around 40 and overcast, really can't complain about that.

Brrr, felt cold today.  Added an extra layer which worked out great.  Good run mostly on the Rail Trail in Roy/Clinton.

Nice cruise around Clinton this morning, enjoyed being outside.

Warm and cold today depending upon whether I was running with or into the wind.  Kinda hard to dress for that.  Tough run today, felt like I didn't have any energy today.  Good to push through that and get it done.

February is back, cold today with a cold wind out of the SSE.  Good run once I got warmed up.  Bonus today I got to see 2 Peregrine Falcons from about 10ft catch a mouse or a small bird on the Rail Trail in Clinton.

Awesome run in Coronado California from the Hotel Del Coronado to the Ferry Landing and back.  It was windy but 55 felt soooooo good to run in plus Coronado is just a great place to be.

Blah....no run Tuesday, roads too snowy/icy, and no run Wednesday, 10 degrees with wind chill -4, no go.  Still very cold this morning at 19 with a pretty good wind coming out of Weber Canyon.  I'm sure the wind chill was low single digits, I didn't look because I didn't want to know it would have killed the very small amount of motivation that I had.  Layered up and got it done.

Freaking cold today had to be low single digits with the wind chill. Again layered up and got it done.

It was a tropical heat wave this morning at 31 degrees.  Really tired and my legs got heavy around 5 miles...that made the last 4 blah.  Just when the blah was at it's height about 1 mile to go I saw 2 Red Tail Hawks take a Robin.  Kinda cool but I felt bad for the Robin.

Good tempo today starting at mile 2.  Negative splits for the run today.

Nice run this morning, it felt a little cold though at 24 especially running into the light breeze from the NNW.  I felt good today, it's always a great start to your day when you have a great run and feel good.
