| | Great run this morning although it was only 29 degrees. Wimped out and wore long pants and shirts because I felt cold when I got out of bed. I knocked 12 minutes off my last Ogden half time and my route is a tougher route(more uphill) than Odgen so I'm happy with the effort this morning. |

| | Nicer morning today although it was quite windy. Felt like it was coming out of Weber Canyon. Good run this morning just cruizin along. Must be spring time....I've seen more runners out this week than I seen for all of Winter. |

| | Sunrise this morning was pretty awsome...started pink went to orange and then yellow, very nice to match my run this morning. Good cruiser today hit the last mile really hard. Felt like I'm starting to get a shin splint during yesterday's run so I wore my calf sleeve and it felt really good today. |

Since the weather is supposed to be cold and soso tomorrow I decided to switch days. Plan was for 10 miles easy. I promised myself an easy effort today since I've been running hard all week. Succeeded in running easy and I felt really good so I tacked on a couple of miles. A sure sign of spring....I've seen more runners this week than I seen all winter. PM - 5.25 mile easy run up 2700 N in Farr West while my daughter had soccer practice.

| | Great run this morning and I was happy with my effort. Ran fairly hard from the start and kept it going for the entire run. Ended up finishing in 1:24 and that included a couple of stops at traffic lights and a drink break. |

| | Raining pretty good outside this morning, so after 15-20 minutes of talking myself into it I hit the TM. Set it at 7 and tried to put my blinders on, got lucky and the latest Pirates movie was on so that kept me a little distracted. |

| | Good run today but I was tired, didn't sleep real well last night. Today was a bookend run of sorts. It was a light sprinkle for the first 2 miles and a light rain for the last 2 miles. |

| | I drug my butt through the run today on tired legs. Glad I got out though, kinda uneventful otherwise. Ended up doing a little bit of a tempo for the last half, didn't consciously think about it just ended up that way. The whole tired legs theory kinda goes out the window knowing that but they're tired. |

Great run this morning, felt as good as I've felt all week. I don't want to admit it but the colder morning probably had a lot to do with that.
I think I've found the worst part of running for me....garbage day on a warm morning with garbage trucks. I almost threw up yesterday morning. |

It's every other Monday Half Marathon day. Nice morning and a great run today. Pretty uneventful this morning = perfect. PM - 2 easy with my wife before dinner. Homemade Chicken Tacos....Yummy! |
