| | What a great morning, until about 4.5 miles when the wind started just in time for me to go 2 miles up hill into it through Washington Terrace. Anyway still had a good run this morning cruisin for half marathon Monday. Just enjoying running right now. |

| | Ok, crappy run today but it wasn't the run so much as the weather. I started at there was a light to medium rain. I figured I could deal with that and for 4.5 miles no problem. Then it started dumping, it was raining hard and I had 4 miles to go. I made it 1 mile and ran into a Maverick completely soaked to get a plastic bag to put my phone in and the lady gave me a strange look and I told her 'Yeah, I'm insane'. Anyway made it home, rain continued for the rest of the run. I can't say that I was thinking I should have run on the TM though. |

| | Half marathon monday feelin good today, although tired because I didn't sleep real well. Got rained on again but this time just a light sprinkle for about 3 miles or so, not bad compared to Friday. |

| | Good hard run today, I'd call it a 10 mile tempo. Didn't have a plan just started running and realized I was pushing it a little after about 2 miles and just stuck with it. I feel good and it was good to get a nice long tempo in without really thinking about it. |

| | Nice morning today for a nice first run of the year down through South Weber. I like to run that route just not during the winter because South Weber Drive has no shoulder with lots of curves. |

| | Great run on an awesome morning. Tempo'd the last 4.25 or so that felt good as well. I feel now like I had a good workout, I'm not sore but just the good kinda worn out you get after a good hard run. Is that a good way to describe it? |
