| | Ahhh, finally back to the trails. Thanks to Oreo for the invite up to do his Wheeler canyon, middle fork, icebox canyon loop. Love that up there, great place to run on a really nice morning. Oreo beat me up prettty well but that's what I was hoping for.

| | Half Marathon Monday...oh wait it's Tuesday. Good run today, nothing too speedy just running and not looking at my watch. Ran up Washington Terrace into South Ogden, down Adams ave, then along the Weber River parkway into Riverdale and back up into Washington Terrace.

| | Long, slow, distance run this morning starting up in North Ogden, down to Riverdale and back to 21st st. pond with Brandon and Ben. Thanks guys! I felt pretty good today, left them with 2.5 to go and ran a little harder to finish up.

| | Thought I'd be more tired today so I was a little surprised when I looked at my watch when I was done. A little better pace today than I thought I'd have, by no means am I breaking records but I was happy with the effort today.

| | Great morning and a good run today. No watch peaking again I'm trying to run without looking so mission accomplished. Ended up with a good pace for me and legs got a little tired the last 1.5 or so.

| | Perfect morning run with Nick and Matt on a new trail for all of us. Started at 22nd St. Trail head and took the Hidden Valley/Taylor Canyon loop. Great trail and I had a blast. Looking forward to this one again.
I had it at about 2200 vert...yeah!
