I've decided to try and run a little longer on 1 of my runs during the week so instead of 7.3 miles I ran 9.3 miles today. Good run I felt great and feel alright now, as long as my motivation keeps up I won't have a problem adding the slightly longer run.
The last 4 splits for today's run were: 9:16, 9:07, 8:49, 8:22.
Got to bed a litlle late last night and I'm feeling it this morning. Good run, great morning to be outside. Nothing eventful this morning although you can sure tell the weathers getting nicer, I'm seeing a lot more walkers, bikers, and runners out. Hopefully the rain for tomorrow holds off for all the runners out there.

Another great morning temperature was good, just a slight breeze. I was tired getting up and out the door, as usual I try to come up with excuses not to run. But as usual I run anyway. Felt really good today and the run was great. The rain threat must have scared off the bikers, walkers, and other runners today it seemed like nobody was out.

Light rain today kind of frustrating because I could see the blue sky just off to the west. Not too bad though. My legs felt tired today good thing it was my easy day.

Yesterday seemed like Friday since we were up in Brigham City for my daughters soccer tournament so it was a little difficult getting up this morning. First half I felt tired and was a little slow but then I pushed it for the second half and got decent run. Pretty good headwind for the first uphill 2 miles today didn't help my time.

Woke up this morning feeling like crap. But I usually feel better for the rest of the day if I run. Good run today although I did feel a little tired. Nice morning, there was a lot of runners, walkers, and a few bikers this morning. Even feeling like crap I still made my long run for the week. I was curious to see the elevation change on my run so I marked it on my Garmin, 360ft.

I still don't feel very well, better after my run, but I didn't sleep well last night. Feels like a head cold with a sore throat that's trying to go south into my chest. It was a struggle to get up and run but as usual I'm glad I did. I feel a little better now. Nice morning for running, seen more runners out than I usually do.

Just an easy run on the treadmill this morning. Still not feeling well. Started watching Mr. Beans vacation but I had to change it after about 15 minutes, boring and not funny. Started watching Mystery Alaska, pretty good show.
What's up isn't this June? I could see my breath this morning at times, very cool this morning. Still trying to kick this cold, mornings are tough. Good run otherwise, I didn't try to push it today but I ended up pushing it.

What a great morning for a run, temps a little cooler it was just nice outside this morning. I was dragging because I had to do some stuff for work and 11:30 and 1:00 last night so it was a real struggle to get out the door this morning. But once out the door I was glad I went.

Two words to describe this mornings run, sucking wind. I don't know what was up but it was a tough run today. It was a little warm this morning, the Ogden Regional Hospital sign said 83 at around 7:30 this morning. It also didn't help that I put in around 125 ft. of sprinkler wire yesterday afternoon in the heat.

Today's run was about not looking at my watch until the mid point and the finish. I just wanted to run without trying to hit any numbers or worrying about how slow or fast I was going. I just wanted to run how I felt today.

A little cooler this morning and it felt good. Nice morning again. Legs felt heavy like they have for most of the week, time for a couple of rest days hopefully everything feels better next week. Lots of people out walking this morning, nice to see. I usually cough or make some kind of noise when I get close behind them so as not to scare them too bad. I've scared a couple of people pretty good unintentionally.
