| | Great run this morning up through Washington Terrace, down into South Weber and back to Riverdale and up into Washington Terrace. I was dead tired this morning, my dog was yacking from 2-4AM this morning. Thought the run would be difficult but it went great.

| | Good run this morning even though it was pretty warm. Now I'm a little zapped but the run felt good and I pushed the pace a little this morning.
PM - 3.5 easy with Brandon and Sally on the Weber River Parkway around Fort Buenaventura. Good times.

| | Nice run on a cool morning, around 40 degrees. Tired to take it easy today. I wore some light gloves this morning, felt kinda whimpy but my hands weren't cold.

| | Good run on a nice but slightly warm morning. I'll take this over snow and cold though anyday. The dog that came after me a few months ago was loose again today but it didn't come after me so that's a plus for today.
