| | Easy run on a pretty warm morning with my daughter, which made it AWESOME!!! On a side note, I was driving home from Brigham City last night on 89 through Willard. On the side of the road was a huge wild Turkey standing there like 'what's up?'. Pretty cool.

| | Great morning, hit Mt. Ogden peak with Nick(Oreo) and Matt. Great time this morning even when we took a wrong turn at the top of Wildcat and "had" go up to the ridge line and go north to the peak. What a wrong turn, I'd do that again. Great views going along the ridge line and the peak was great! Not too bad for my first peak...

| | Awesome grinder up to Lewis Peak this morning. First time up there and it was sweet. Nice views most of the way. Only bad part...I tripped around 4 miles in and cut my knee. Shin was a bloody mess. Came home and went to Instacare....6 stiches later. Bummer but still a good time this morning overall.

| | Tired, exhausted, brain spinning so I couldn't sleep last night. Decided not to fight it anymore about 11:30 and went for a run. It was warm out and this was by no means my best effort but it did the job and I was able to sleep when I got back.

| | Tough run this morning, I could feel Thursday and Saturday's runs in my legs. No get up and go today. Highlight that made it better is that my daughter got up and ran with me.

| | Awesome first time run up to Timpanogos Peak with Gdoc and Oreo. Thanks for the invite even at an insane early time. JK, I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Started at the Timpooneke trail head. On the way up seen 2 deer, a moose and 3 Mountain Goats. Views are AWESOME and the peak was great. On the way down we ran into a heard of 10-15 Mountain Goats who didn't seem to mind that we were sitting 10-20 feet away, very cool. Great Day!

| | Sweet Pioneer morning run with Oreo from Francis peak to Thurston peak. Great views along the trail of both Morgan and the Wasatch Front and better yet no views of rattlers. 3rd Thursday in a row with a peak bagged. I think Thursdays lately are my favorite day of the week.

| | Sweet morning trot up to Frary Peak on Antelope Island with Oreo on a rainy, windy, overcast morning. No complaints about the weather made for a good run except for a couple of slippery rocks it was all good. Ran into some bison, deer, antelope, rabbit, coyote, and grouse...fun fun fun.

| | What a great morning..great temps, slight breeze, blue sky. Very nice for a tired run. Fact is it's probably the only thing that got me out the door today. I had a hard time getting out of bed but made it and glad I did.
