| | Sweet run on the Mules ear trail in North Fork with Nick, Brandon, Emily, Brett, Tim, and Scott. Rolled my ankle and caught my foot on a tree root and fell but still had a great night.

| | Up late at the Manchester United - RSL game last night but I managed to blow my butt out of bed and get a nice easy 3 with Janell.

| | Up late again working until around 11:30. Janell helped me get up and out the door today so I owe her a big thanks. Felt better today which is good for a change. A well placed cloud provided some much needed shade especially since it was 76 at 6AM when I walked out the door.

| | Deseret news 10k with Janell. Had a great time helping Janell through her first 10k, although see didn't really need any help. It's a great course and a nice race.
