Great morning again, good run.  Nothing to report today, pretty uneventful run.  Except for this lady up by the Drivers License division who would have hit me to get in line for a  red light if I didn't stop.  We couldn't have her missing waiting in line at a red light.

Good run today, although it was mid 60's and humid.  Felt like July again.  Spent the extended weekend in Island Park, it snowed on Sunday.  That reminded me, I'm not looking forward to winter.

Great run this morning, lower abs a little sore though.  Suppose I should do some ab work, but I hate it.  Morning was perfect, mid 50s and a slight breeze.  Gotta love September. 

Had some rockin music as well this morning, Collective Soul, Stevie Ray Vaughn, and Average White Band (Pick up the pieces) which is a good running song.

Still trying to get outta my lazy funk, got out the door and had a good run this morning.  The traffic up on Adams Ave. by the hospital has been crazy since school started and the new South Junior High opened.  I'm having to wait at the light both ways every day, usually I just cruise through.

Too smoky in the morning to run from the 'Machine Gun' fire in Herriman, so I skipped it.  Couldn't get to sleep last night my brain wouldn't turn off so I got up around 11:30 and went for a run.  Really kinda nice running at that time of night, really quiet and the waxing full moon made it almost like daylight.
