| | Nice run this morning until about 2.5 miles in when I got pulled over by a police man...yeah running and I got pulled over he had his lights on and everything. He told me it was illegal to run in the road and I had to run on the sidewalk. Kinda funny.

| | Fun run with Janell on a nice July morning. Figured it was July because it was 71 and very windy this morning at 7AM. I finally gave up on the Nike Lunar Glides this morning and threw them away after this run. I don't like them at all.
