| | Run with the work gang down on the Riverdale parkway this morning. Nick, Doug, Sally, and I ran a 1 mile warm up. Then we met Brandon, Sharee, Scott, Julio, and Jared for the run. Nick, Doug, Sally, and I did a 5 mile tempo at around 7:45-7:50 pace. .5 cool down to run the others in. Great morning, great company. Thanks guys!

| | Took yesterday off so I could make sure and run today because I didn't want to miss it. Go a little IT band thing so I was careful. Awesome run this morning from North Ogden Divide to Ben Lomond peak with Oreo, BG, and Taylor. Wind and cold was a little tough especially on the peak. We could only stay up for a few mintues but it was well worth it. Great run with great company.

| | Nice run but FREAKIN cold. WTF....still glad I got out. Hamstring was good, knee was not too bad. Best part is that it feels better now a few hours after running. Hopefully this is it for injury's for a while.

| | A little warmer today made it nicer. A late start because I kept hitting snooze this morning.... ;)
Supposed to be an easy day but I felt better than I thought. Got to my turnaround at 5.75 and my pace was much faster than I would have guessed. Wasn't really pushing it today, love these days. Maybe I should hit "snooze" more often.

2 miles at the Ogden Regional Thanksgiving day run with Janell. Super fun, glad we got out.
