| | My left hammy got sore yesterday afternoon, kinda weird but oh well. So this morning it was still a little sore so I told my self no run or take it really easy and come right home if it gets worse. I took it really easy today and got through 10 without any problems, it feels better today than yesterday but not completely better so mission accomplished. |

| | Another really nice morning for December. Great run again, felt better today although still a little fatigue in my legs. Wasn't too windy starting out but when I got up into South Ogden by the Ogden Athletic club it got really windy and it sprinkled lightly for about 5 minutes. |

| | Colder morning but I'll take it since it was supposed to be snowing and the storm blew by quickly last night. Felt so so today, just off a little. Not sure whats up, almost threw up about 3.5 in but pushed through. Decided to run Wednesday's run today since it's supposed to be much colder tomorrow. So I'll have a slightly shorter run tomorrow. |

| | Brrrrr, super cold this morning especially from 5.5 - 6 by the hospital where I had to run against the wind coming out of the canyon. Then my shoe came untied and I had to stop and take my gloves off, holy cow it was cold. Good run otherwise I tempoed the last 3.5 miles and ended up with a good overall pace. New shoes today and aside from the shoe laces coming untied 2 times they felt great. |

Light rain for the first 6.5-7 miles then it switched over to big fluffy snow flakes. Temps weren't too bad though so I wore shorts. The last 4.5 or so I decided to seek out the puddles to see how well the GTX's kept my feet dry. Worked pretty well today. |

| | Nice Christmas afternoon run between brunch at my Mom's and dinner at my Wife's Mom's. Felt good to get out in the sun but then a big cloud came along and covered the sun up for about 1/2 my run. |

| | Character builder today, 1-1.5 inches of snow on the roads and snowing fairly hard when I started and 2-2.5 inches and still snowing by the time I got home. Good test for the GTX's and my feet stayed dry. What's up with the snow plows driving around this morning with their plows up? It wasn't like there was a lack of snow on the road. |

| | Still snowing this morning, that's more than 24 Hrs of non-stop snow. One of the slowest, hardest runs I can remember. There was 4-5 inches of snow on the roads and it was like running on sand. All I have to say is I'm glad this ones over. |

| | Ok, UNCLE. We've had enough snow. Snowing again this morning with 1-1.5 inches on the road. Talked myself into running, by threating myself with a TM run. I think I've decided that Washington Terrace is the worst for keeping their roads plowed. Slow, tough run again this morning but I'm glad I got it done. |
