| | Cold run at lunch in the sunshine. It was 27 with a light wind at noon. Hate winter. Wasn't too bad when I got out though, it was nice to be out in the sun.

| | Saturday morning on the parkway with the gang. Nice to get out and better for breakfast after. Still sick though, this chest cold won't go away. I've had it since late Tuesday last week. Thought I was feeling better this morning but no good later Saturday.

| | Super nice out this morning, it was 40. I ran in shorts today. Kinda struggled again, I had my second shingles vaccination yesterday and I feel like crap today. They said it would force an immune response and I can verify that it does do that.

| | Nice run this morning and it was dark. I got drizzled on 3 times and the wind switched from SE to NW about halfway through. A lot going on weather wise today. Feeling better but the last remnants of this stupid chest thing is still hanging on.

| | Icy run this morning with Bailey. I had planned to go 4 but she wasn’t having any of the ice. At one point she stopped and I had to carry her about 30 yards. So we bagged it and went home. |

| | Not my best run today, one of those runs I'll be happy to forget. For whatever reason every step seemed hard today. At five miles I was soooo ready to be done, guess it was a good thing I was 2 miles from home.

| | Snowy out today. The roads and sidewalk were snowy and slick. Big thanks to Roy City for plowing and salting the rail trail. Not so good in Clinton on the rail trail soo I had to divert onto the roads. |
