Where to start....Ogden Half Marathon today....Very rainy, windy, and cold.  I haven't run any race let alone this one in a few years and it's getting way too crowded but that's to be expected because it's a great race and course.

I was hoping for anything in the 1:40's time frame.  I took my watch but promised myself I wouldn't look at it until the end.  I actually made it and didn't look until the end.  I wanted to run by feel and had a great race for me.

 Tried to start out easy and then just run by feel.   Splits:  9:08 (lots of people to get around), 8:44, 8:32, 8:28, 8:10, 8:09, 8:00, 7:53, 7:47, 7:53, 8:12 (crowded parkway), 8:06, 8:00, 8:02 pace for .22.

Anyway happy with the results this is definitely a PR for me and 15 minutes faster than the last time I ran the Ogden Half.

Strong work Bro! I'm glad you got after it. You're a running machine.
