Day off work today so I decided to get a little longer run in today. Good run, had to come back home at 4.5 miles for a pit stop and then back out for 10.5.
Back to work and back to my normal Tuesday run. Good run felt colder today because it was a little breezy. Must have been swirling because I had a headwind for the entire run.
Good run today although it felt like I was running in slow motion today, just slogging along. Ended up with a good time so no complaints.
Good run and the no snow weird weather continues, looks like at least another week. I so don't want December/January snow/rain/cold in March and April. Tempo for the last 4 miles this morning felt good.
Legs felt a little tired today so I took it easy. Uneventful run this morning.
