Half marathon on a treadmill...what was I thinking. Stupid inversion.
TM again, its my wifes birthday today so I ran while she went to get a massage. Got up early and cooked her breakfast and made her a cake. She helped of course.
Ok, inversions really really blow. I finally talked myself into running on the treadmill about 2:30 this afternoon. Blah, blah, blah.
Late night for work around midnight and didn't get to sleep until around 1. The alarm went off at 5:30...no way was I getting up. Need more sleepy time.
Back outside this morning for a great run. The air cleared enough to get us into the yellow this morning. Ohhh it's sooo nice running outside after the TM.
