Made myself get up and out the door this morning, it was 9 degrees but it felt colder.  Had to detour .5 to go back home to make sure my daughter was up because I didn't see any lights on so she could get to school.  Good thing she was sleeping, even though I got the attitude from her.

The air seemed to take a turn for the worse today but it supposed to clear out tonight, here's hoping.  I may have to hit the TM if it stays this bad.  Good run this morning, felt good and just cruised.

CLEAN AIR!!!!!! Nice morning at 38 but a little windy, I'll take it.  I'm afraid looking at the weather forecast that we're going to pay for our little nice morning transgression.  Tired today, what's up with that I figure it was running into the wind.  Now my legs feel a little hammered.

Lots of snow on Friday with unplowed roads and mentally I wasn't there for a TM run so I took a day off.  Got up this morning after mentally preparing for the TM and went for it.  Set it at 7 and cruised.  Watched a couple episodes of Pawn Stars.
