Another roll on the TM...
Decided to try an outside run to see how my foot would respond. Picked a good day because the slushy, icy roads made it so I had to take it real easy. Felt great to get outside, plan was for 3-4 but I felt pretty good so I went a bit further.
Trying to get back to running again. Foot still feels good, trying not to re-injure myself. Again it's soooo nice to get outside after almost 2 weeks of TM.
Was going to rest my foot today...yeah. Felt like a good sweat so I hopped on the TM. Good sweat achieved.
