Easy, peasy TM break up the boredome Sunday run. Had some rolls cooking so I had to stay close.
Feels good to get back to a double digit run...been too long. I'm happy my foot seems to be ok now.
Trying to get some consistancy back...it's hard this winter.
So glad I got out the door this morning even though it was cold cold cold against the wind up in South Ogden.
No run yesterday, I was up late working until 12:30 and then again at 4.
Tired legs today, they were dragging and I felt slow but turns out I was 4 minutes faster than Monday and Wednesday on the same route. Yay!
Sweet grinder up to Malan's this morning. It was sooooo nice to get out of this gunk, I kinda forgot that there is blue sky up there.
