Did something to my hip on Saturday while squatting down working on my Harley.  It really hurt so no running until today when it started feeling ok.  Now my back is sore, not happy about this.

Good run had some soreness in my hip during the run but nothing too serious.  Took some Naproxen to help.  Had to start early and cut it short, probably a good thing with my condition, to get my daughter to school.  Another late start for my son who is in High School.  I think they get more late starts and vacation days than we ever did.

 Played basketball for 1.5 hrs late, counting 3 miles.  A little bit of a mistake as I ended up with blisters on the balls of my feet and a sore left inner thigh.  Running shoes are not really ideal for basketball unfortunately.

Took yesterday off because of the blisters and sore inner thigh.  Hit the TM for an easy 4 this morning I'm really kind of tired.  Had to work late and early the last couple of nights for work problems and a DB upgrade that took longer than I thought.

Hopefully next week will be a better week.
