Lunch on the parkway again.  Nice a clear after the snow last night, Riverdale does a great job keeping that plowed.  The run felt hard today, not sure why.

A little warmer on the parkway at lunch today.  Good thing, the weather is not looking too great for the rest of the week.  Nice run today, I felt much better than yesterday.  Got my 1000 move goal badge on my Apple watch today.

When my alarm went off this moring, my first thought was...oh hell no, I'm too tired and I'm sleeping in.  Cut to a half an hour later I'm walking out the door.  It's always nice to have a great run when you didn't think you could or would run at all.
