Day off so I got up at my normal time for a run.  Had a lot to do today, daughters soccer game and fishing so I had to get going this morning.  Cold run but a good run topped off by a great day fishing.

Motivation - Snowing outside = No motivation......Finally dragged myself out of bed on onto the TM this morning.  Ended up being an ok run for a TM run.  Watched Back to the Future while running today.

Great morning with mild temps.  Nice run today, I really hit the 2nd half pretty hard for me.  I took my gloves off at 4 miles and didn't put them back on, which for the next week looks like won't be the case.  Supposed to get cold again...bummer.

No run today, decided to take the day off.  Had some blood in my urine after yesterday's run kinda stressed me out.  Cleared up later in the day but I thought I'd err on the side of being cautious today.

Great run this morning with some weirdness.  Started my run and a weird car was driving around the neighborhood and really acting suspiciously, pulling over and stopping and then swerving around when driving.  I ran a 1.5 mile loop and when I came back the car was parked still..again weird.  Running up the road I got lucky and a sherriff's car came by so I flagged her down and told her about the weird car.  She said she would check it out.  Ran into the officer again with about .5 to go and she stopped me and told me she talked to him, even she said he was very suspicous.  She searched him and his car but didn't find anything.  She thinks we probably caught him before whatever he was going to do happened.  So a little excitement for the day and I'm glad I ran into the officer.
