Nice warm day on the parkway at lunch today.  The temp was double+ what I ran in last week.  Last week 22 at lunch, today 50.

Really a nice morning today at 44, with a little wind.  I decided to try a new route today, that's why it ended up 6 when I was planning 5.  Ran south on 1500 to 300 N, east past 1000 to the Rail Trail, then north home.  Good route and a nice change of pace.

Awesome afternoon on the Parkway at lunch.  Really nice day for a run.  Took yesterday off to rest my hamstring, started feeling a little twinge on Wednesday.  No problems today so it was the right decision but it's always a tougher decision at the time.  I always feel a little lazy and not sure whether I need a day off or not.
