Nice afternoon run on the parkway south from pig farm.  Felt a little full, it was waffle day at work this morning.  IT band is a little better today than Saturday but it's still reminding me to be careful.

AM 2 - Little Valley 5K in Brigham City.  It's a fundraiser 5K for a good cause.  Good time.
