| | Had to get up a little early this morning to upgrade some servers, got that out of the way and decided to hit the TM. Watched Top Gear on BBC this morning, hillarious. Those 3 guys are great. |

| | Calf is feeling better but I'm still being careful. TM miles today, stepped up the pace about 30 sec. per mile this morning. Everything is still ok. Watched 'Catch Me If You Can' this morning, another good film. I like it better when there's something good on, Sportscenter gets boring. |

Great run this morning, I felt really good and was able to push the pace. I was back outside for the first time in a week so that felt good as well. A little cold this morning but the sunrise was very colorful.
I was only going to go 5.5 so as not to push my calf but I felt really good so I added the Rohmer park and Piccolo Bros. pizza extensions for an extra mile. |

| | Another early morning to get to SLC for an Oracle conference by 8:00AM. Great run, nice moon rise through Weber canyon. Calf acted a little weird with .3 to go so I slowed down and took it easy. |

Typing this entry from the urgent care. We're having my daughters foot X-Rayed. She got stepped on, dirty play, on purpose so here we are. Luckily nothing is broken just sore.
