Good run this morning, heel didn't really hurt so that's a positive. Weather should hold out this week so I can run outside. It seems to me that running on the TM makes it worse, I'll see this week. Nice morning, temp was low 40's, no wind, blue sky. Knock on wood, I put my long pants and long sleeve shirts away and hopefully they stay there until LATE this fall.

Great run today, heel cooperated and the weather is great. This is nice to get mid 40's and blue sky. Felt pretty good today.

| | Good run this morning, just took it nice and easy. The heel feels about as good as it's felt lately, a little pain now and again but nothing too serious. It was nice to be able to run outside in great weather for 3 days in a row without the heel getting really sore. Legs felt a little tired this morning especially for the first two miles which are uphill. No times today I forgot to charge the battery in my watch. |

| | Couldn't run yesterday, I'm on call this week and had a problem I had to get fixed in the morning and I ran out of time. I decided to do a low impact workout this morning so I rode the bike on the trainer. Good workout helps my heel. 50 minutes. | Add Comment |
