Very rainy yesterday morning so no run.

Great morning today, temps low 40's, blue sky, and no wind.  Felt good today, had an older guy cheering me on about 3.5 miles in.  I've seen him a couple of other times out walking and he always cheers me on.

Warm, overcast, and a little windy this morning.  Good run this morning, a little tired but I felt ok.  I'm trying to increase my mileage a little bit and so far so good.  Great song again this morning, Feeling of Jazz by Wynton Marsalis.  If you like some jazz it's great to run to.

Great run this morning, got up a little early and hit it.  Felt good today after not feeling very well yesterday.  Great weather, sunny temps around 50-55.  I need to get acclimated to the warmer temps since we've been cold this spring.

Heading up to Island Park this afternoon for a long weekend, can't wait.
