| | Awesome easy run today on the BST above Weber State. I got some new shoes yesterday and I think it's an unspoken rule that new trail shoes need to be dirty within 24 hours of being purchased so I HAD to oblige. Started at Bues pond and ran to the bench above Mt Ogden golf course...awesome.

| | Legs a little tired today from the "Easy" run yesterday. Good run today just cruising, saw 3 other runners. That's like a record or something. Now to relax for the rest of the day.
