Nice morning, but where did all the wind come from?  Had a good run this morning felt great, I think I'm starting to acclimate to the weather.  Kinda funny, this morning I'm searching out the shade and a couple of months ago I was trying to get in the sun to soak up some heat.

Great run this morning, temps were about 10 degrees cooler and no wind.  Ran an easy 6.35 and didn't try to push it too much.  Ran the Washington Terrace loop, haven't run that in a few weeks it was good for a change.

Some great Stevie Ray Vaughn, Peter Gabriel, and Miles Davis for the run today.

Tired run today, my legs were just blah.  Warm, cloudy and a little muggy.  Just trugged through it today.  Still feeling a little blah a couple of hours later so hopefully I can snap out of it.

Perfect morning for a run, upper 40's and cloudy with a slight breeze.  I felt really good today so I kept running and ended up with 10.75.  Could have gone 13 but I ran out of time.  It's nice to have a day like this were it feels like you can run and run and feel great.
