Let's call it a restore my sanity run this morning. After about 35 hours of work on 2 big projects this weekend I needed some sanity. Alarm went of at 5:30a, I rolled over and went back to sleep until 8:30. Great run this morning. I feel jet lagged after the lack of sleep.
PM - 4 easy, more sanity restoration. I've heard that exercise helps with jet lag as well.
