Easy run this morning with my Wife and Chloe.  Felt hot at 9:30AM but it's always fun to get out for a run with those 2.

Good run this morning but it really got hot.  First 10 or so miles were warm but manageable, there was some cloud cover that really helped.  Last 3 when the sun came out were just like Saturday afternoon, I could feel the temps go up.  Now I'm a little drained but it's a good drained.

Nice run on a warm but not too hot windy morning.  Just cruisin today without my daughter who wouldn't get up....bummer.  Soccer conditioning started so she can only run on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Nice run today on a great morning even though I left my water bottles home.  Lots of other runners out today and 2 Quail's that ran across the street in front of me.  Tempo for the last 4.25.

Nice cruiser this morning, it felt slightly cooler this morning which was good.  Lots of walkers out but no other runners today.  Added .5 on a detour through Rohmer park instead of running through some road construction.
