Another good run this morning, I hope I continue to feel pretty good. Got to the halfway point and noticed that I forgot my water bottle, crap.... Started getting thirsty with about 1.5 miles to go but I made it ok.
Good 80's hair band song this morning, Summertime Girls by Y&T. In addition the random play on the Ipod played a lot of Beatles which is ok by me. Getting excited to see Paul McCartney in SLC in a month..... |

Didn't sleep very well, my son and a couple of his friends got a little noisy at about 11:30 and I couldn't get back to sleep. Woke up pretty tired with a headache.
Decided to get out the door, sometimes running helps a headache. It seems to have worked today, no headache anymore. Run went well, can't complain. At least there weren't any dogs loose today, last 2 runs I've run into a loose dog. Luckily they weren't real interested in me. I did get harrassed by a black bird this morning, kept buzzing my head while I was running through a park. It's really irritating. |

What's up it was 41 degrees this morning on the 17th of June. It was nice to run in the cool with blue skies and no wind. Quite a change from yesterdays 70 mph gusts.
Felt pretty good today, 10 miles was about what I had in me. I started feeling a little tired with about a mile to go. |

Perfect temps, 48, and nice blue skies with sun this morning. The only bad part is a very aggressive black bird up by Bonneville high that keeps buzzing me as I run through there. I've been buzzed by these birds before in South Ogden but never this aggressively.
Anyway aside from the bird, good sorta recovery run after yesterday. Felt a little stiff in the groin area this morning but that loosened up by .25. Just a nice easy cruiser today. |
