Two words to describe this mornings run, sucking wind.  I don't know what was up but it was a tough run today.  It was a little warm this morning, the Ogden Regional Hospital sign said 83 at around 7:30 this morning.  It also didn't help that I put in around 125 ft. of sprinkler wire yesterday afternoon in the heat.

I need to get used to the warmer temps, I'm feeling wiped out today.  Nice morning for a run though.

This time of year is great.  The mornings are perfect and I don't have to watch the weather.  Just a short run today after the 2 bigger runs on Monday and Tuesday.

Today's run was about not looking at my watch until the mid point and the finish.  I just wanted to run without trying to hit any numbers or worrying about how slow or fast I was going.  I just wanted to run how I felt today.

A little cooler this morning and it felt good.  Nice morning again.  Legs felt heavy like they have for most of the week, time for a couple of rest days hopefully everything feels better next week.  Lots of people out walking this morning, nice to see.  I usually cough or make some kind of noise when I get close behind them so as not to scare them too bad.  I've scared a couple of people pretty good unintentionally.
