Very busy weekend, I need to relax from the weekend.  Slow and easy today, kind of warm.  78 at the Ogden Regional Hospital sign at 7:30 this morning.

Splits: 10:18, 10:01, 9:21, 9:39, 6:02 (.64 Mile), 9:19, 9:06, 9:07, 8:34, 5:34 (.66 Mile)

This heat is wiping me out.  I thought I would be adjusting better but apparently not.  It was everything I could do to finish the last 1-1.5 miles today.

On call for work last night had a rough one with backups and servers having problems so kind of cut my sleep time short.  Good run this morning, felt good for not having much sleep.  The only bad part is that it was garbage day, with this heat that garbage just stinks. 

Used my new Garmin Forerunner 405 today.  Nice watch I like it.

Great run this morning, I felt good.  Not so tired and my legs felt better.  I wish the baby birds that are up by the Armory in South Ogden would grow up faster so the parents would stop buzzing me as I run by.  No harm done though but it's just kind of annoying.
