Tried to get out a little early because it was supposed to be pretty warm.  Started warm but didn't get too hot.  Good run got in about 3 miles before the sun came up so that helped.  Not much more today just a good summer run.

Good run today, threw in a fartlek for about a mile bewteen 2 and 3 miles to try and beat the sun.  Did alright it took about a mile to catch me.  Added .5 detouring through Rohmer park because I felt like it.  Nice scenery from up there looking down into South Weber and Riverdale.

Warm run this morning.  I got out about 15 minutes early, man I'm really pushing myself out of bed to do that, anyway to get more rbs(run before sun) in.  I made it between 4.5 - 5 miles today so that was nice.  Saw a couple of Quail's this morning and not much else which is ok with me.  Had to run through some construction and when I got home my calves looked like I'd been mudding.

Great run in Island Park today. Got out late at 11:30 because we didn't roll in until 1AM last night. My daughter went with me today which made the run even better. Found a cell phone on the trail so hopefully we can get it back to the owner.

Great run again today in Island Park. Got out at a little after 7AM so the temps were great. Saw a deer about 2 miles in and 2 other runners. I can run at home and not see 2 other runners.
