What a freakin GRINDER, sweatfest, hot beat down today. I got up early and was out the door by 6 and it was still warm. The sun didn't hit me until I got 6 miles in and from then on it was a total beat down. I need a nap.
The heatfest/sweatfest continues. Got out early today and still hot. The sun didn't catch me until 7.2 miles so that helped a little. Good to get out but good to get done.
Sweet but warm cruiser up Wheelers on Oreo's loop. Awesome run....
