Hot out this morning. I was thankful for every tree and the shade. Easy run trying to keep my heartrate a little lower this morning.
Took my normal 6 mile loop backwards for a change today. Good change. Funny how things look different running the other way. Hot one out there today especially the last 1.5 miles.
12mile mountain bike ride in Island Park
Super nice run in Island Park this morning. I even ran the entire killer hill today. Good times.
