1.3 mile warmup ran to Bonneville high school then I did 4x800m with 400m recovery and 1.3 mile cooldown back home. The 4x800m were in the range of 4:00 - 4:15, not very fast but fast for me. Good tough workout, legs felt tired on the run home.
Intresting morning 2 older gentlemen showed up at the track this morning, I thought it was just to walk around but they were there to practice throwing Javelin. Never would have thought that.
