Very warm and windy this morning.  Had a good headwind for the first half then it died and I didn't get the benefit of a tailwind for the second half.  Just tried to take it easy today, the warm/humid weather kind of wipes me out.  Good run, decided to add a little to make it 10 miles this morning.  The light rain did help a little.

Splits: 10:19, 9:59, 9:33, 10:02, 9:25, 9:40, 9:10, 9:18, 9:02, 8:20, :42 (.08 Mile)

Great run today, I felt really good.  I kind of started pushing it after the first mile.  I almost got 5 mile splits under 9 minutes.  Just missed it by 3 seconds in the 4th mile, although some of that is slightly uphill.  My guess is those longer runs on Monday's are starting to pay off on the shorter runs.

Splits: 10:09, 9:46, 8:56, 9:02, 8:44, 8:22, 7:48, 2:04 (.25 Mile)

No work today so I slept in and ran late.  Very hot this morning.  It's a little tough for me to run when it's over 85-90 degrees.  But I trudged through and made it.

Splits: 10:02, 10:02, 9:17, 9:07, 8:51, 8:19, 4:20 (.53 Mile)

Got up early so that we could golf before work.  Got to just over 2 miles and my stomach said no more.  I had to turn around and high tail it home.  Not feeling very well today.

Splits: 10:07, 10:21, 9:12, 8:30, 2:11 (.25 Mile)
