Good run today, lots of clouds and even some light rain.  Ran down through South Weber again, that's a nice run.  At one spot probably 10+ miles in there's an automated radar sign that picked me up at 8 MPH, not too shabby for me especially since I'd forgotten about it and was just running without thinking about pace.

New shoe Tuesday.  I love new shoes, especially Kinvara's.  Great run on a cooler morning, uneventful today just out running.

Good run again and a decent ave. pace today.  I must have seen 10-15 other runners today which is really kind of rare for me, I usually see more bikers and walkers.  It was good to see so many other runners out.

Good run today although my legs feel a little tired.  Not really sure why but it is what it is.  Pretty uneventful run on a great morning.  Off to watch my daughter play soccer.
