Got home and went for a 2 mile cool down with my wife and chloe.  Good stuff.

I really really had a hard time getting out the door this morning.  Finally talked myself into running and it turns out to be one of the warmest mornings all summer with a warm breeze as well.  That being said..had a great run this morning and I'm really glad I talked myself into going out.
