Good run around Great Falls this morning.  Kinda got lost for a bit, in that I missed a couple of turns.  Most of the run was along the Missouri river so it made for some nice scenery.

Just chillin today getting back from Great Falls late last night.  Ended up running a pretty good tempo for the last 4.25 without really trying.  Must have felt better than I thought I did.

Tired, tired run this morning.  Barely got out the door.  I think the long weekend in Great Falls and driving caught up to me.  Felt warm this morning until I got to the top of Washington Terrace then like I hit a wall the temp probably dropped 10 degrees.  Weird but I'll take it.

PM: Easy run along the Bonneville Shoreline trail after work for a little relaxation and because I needed a little trail run.

A little cool out today was really nice, pretty much perfect.  Gotta break out of this tired thing, dragging again but run was good and HMP today.

PM - Another nice run on the BST above Weber State.  It was so nice last night I had to do it again.
