Hamstring has been a bit of a problem since Thursday so I took a couple of days off.  Felt a little bit of a twinge at 4.25 miles but it calmed down for the rest of my run.  Feels just slightly sore now, I'm just going to play it by ear and not push it and hurt myself. 7.27 Miles

Ran 2.15 miles after work while dinner was cooking on the treadmill.

Hamstring still causing some problems but I thought I'd give it a try today.  Slathered it up with Tiger Balm and ran.  Tried a new route today let's call it the Washington Terrace loop since I run around W.T.  Good run today I felt really good, although hamstring a bit twitchy.  I'm just not going to push it right now.
