Nice Columbus day cruiser, a little cool but not too bad.  My goal was a nice comfortable pace and I ended up hitting around 1:53 for the entire run.  Pretty happy with the overall pace today.  I didn't see anybody else out today just me, kinda surprised.

Nice run on a slightly warmer morning.  I didn't really try but I ended up tempoing the last half today I must have felt pretty good.  The usuals were out this morning good to see.  Pretty uneventful otherwise.  For the first time in the last 3 days my shoes stayed tied.

Nice run this morning, although it isn't getting any easier to get out the door into the cold.  Once out I don't have a problem.  Tried and was successful in not pushing any pace today just staying relaxed and easy.

Didn't sleep really well last night and I was really tired getting out the door so I didn't expect much.  Surprise...I had a great run today at a really good pace for me.  I wasn't thinking pace at all just running.

Nice easy jaunt down through South Weber again this morning.  Looks like this is my go to run for Friday anymore.  Hopefully I can run it in the winter but I'm not sure, South Weber Drive has absolutely no shoulder so it's kinda iffy as is without snow.  Color Vibe 5k tomorrow with my daughter, I hope it's ok I'm not too excited about getting stuff thrown at me.

ColorVibe 5K in Ogden this morning.  This is a fun run by any definition, no timing, no clocks lots of walkers and kids.  My daughter and I had a good time and we ran a pretty good pace on a fairly tough course.  I didn't time it but we were probably around 24-26 minutes.  4 color stations during the run where they throw colored powder at you.  Your a mess by the end.  Good times today.
