I really tried hard to talk myself out of running but I'm hard headed and wouldn't listen, for at least today. Good run today, I need to remember that I never regret running.
After work on a nice afternoon with Bailey. Took it easy so I didn't over heat her and it felt much harder that it should have for me.
Good run this morning, felt much better than yesterday afternoon. I could take mornings like this year round weatherwise.
I've been sick the last couple of days so a nice easy run with Brandon, Emily, Scott, and Camille on the parkway this morning was perfect.
