Really nice out this morning and I felt much better although still some lingering tiredness that pneumonia really kicked my butt. Good run today hopefully I'm back to my normal training now.
Super nice morning and I felt pretty good today. Ended up doing HMP for the last 4.25, first time I've even felt like running a little faster in 3 weeks. :)
Kinda tired today but it was good to get out. I'll take these kinda mornings all winter long, just cruisin along.
Started out good then about 3.5 miles in the snow started. Had to break out my 2nd set of light gloves because my wimpy hands got cold.
