Half-marathon Monday on a great November 19th.  Temps in the lower to mid 40's, super nice.  Great run didn't push anything just took it easy today.

Good run today although I don't know how my nose could run anymore that it has the last few weeks.  Anyway I'm cruising down Ridgeline in Washington Terrace and there's a chicken hangin in somebody's front yard.  So over the last month I've seen a rabbit and a chicken just hangin in the neighborhood.

Great run on an awesome morning.  Pretty uneventful otherwise.  Got home and decided to mow the leaves up around the 1 tree I have that is the slowest tree ever to loose it's leaves.  I've mowed it 4 times and it's still got probably half it's leaves to drop.  It's supposed to get windy this afternoon so I thought get them up before they blow everywhere so the wind can blow the rest of the them off the tree and make a mess anyway.

Great morning for a nice run.  Thanksgiving and nobody was out and there wasn't much traffic either made for a quiet run, aside from the 3 loose dogs in the first .5.  They didn't really come after me too aggressive so it's all good.

Cold out this morning but a good run.  Got about 4 miles in and got a call from work so I had to stop for 10-15 minutes and it got really really cold.
