Hit the treadmill this morning, very windy and cold. Supposed to get snowy, windy and very cold this week so I'll probably be on the treadmill this week. Not real excited about this, I've decided I'm an outside runner.
7 boring miles on the treadmill this morning. For me running on the TM is more challenging mentally than physically. Watched Kung Fu Panda today.
Rare Saturday run for me. Got up and decided to hit the TM. Nothing special just a run today.
