| | Good run today on a great morning...wow 48 on December 2nd. Felt much better today which is a good sign. I think it really helped that the inversion cleared up, that really seemed to be bothering me this time around.
Anyway, running along this morning and a guy riding a bike and smoking passed me. I guess since the inversion cleared up he still needed to breath dirty air.

| | Epic fail today as far as not being a wimp. Looked out seen the snow and wind and hit the TM. Luckily I had a couple of Daily Show's DVR'd to watch that helped with the boring boring run.

| | So...I really x 10 didn't want to run outside today but I really x 11 didn't want to run on the TM. By a single really I ended up outside in the 9 degree temp. At least I ran because I really x 12 thought about not running at all. Not as bad as I thought it would be, I have to confess it never is. Then again...5 shirts, tights, pants, gloves, hat I felt like Ralphies brother in 'Christmas Story' all bundled up.
