Good hard run this morning. Should have probably had a GU or something at 9 miles because my legs kinda bonked at about 11 miles but I pushed through it. I'll have to remember to take something next time. I think that was good for the workout bank to push through that tiredness at 11 miles. It'll help coming out of the canyon or turning onto Grant at the end of the Ogden half.
Didn't expect this kind of workout after a late, fun night but it's all good.
